Registered users: Problems unlocking because you got a new computer, or reformated etc.
- Get the latest version of the software if you don't have it already.
- Open the settings: Right click on the program icon in the system tray near the clock. Choose 'Display Program Settings...'.
- Choose the top menu choice 'Registration Access Code' and enter the current unlock code and email.
If it says you can't unlock because '...another copy is in use within 10 days...' you need to wait to unlock the software:
- Use the free trial for 10 days. This makes sure your old copy is no longer registered as active in our database.
- The software makes you wait 10 days to transfer a license to make sure duplicate copies are not in use (within 10 days of each other). This is because we have problems with hackers and piracy. We're sorry for this inconvenience, but it allows us to keep our prices as low as possible.
