- Major User Interface Update: The user interface has been updated for to give it a fresh new look.
- Global Email Settings: You can now change the to list, from list, and subject for your email notifications globally instead of one at a time (which is also still supported).
- New Alerts You can now monitor Disk space, CPU, Memory, and Services on the computer A1Monitor is installed on. For example, you could monitor CPU on your server and be notified if CPU is on average over 95% for 5 minutes. You can send an alert if free disc space is almost used up. Send an alert if a particular service has stopped.

- Citrix Port: Added a Citrix port and icon to the reports for standard citrix port 1494
- SMTP Password: The smtp password fields on the smtp setup tab of global settings is now a password display (uses ***** instead of displaying your actual password)
- Fixes with Unexpected Scan Text: The 'Scan Text' tab of server data entry allows you to specify negative scan text. e.g. 'Server Too Busy'. This would indicate a URL failure. This was not working properly for all users. This is now fixed.
- Three Email Notifications were sent for a single server failure: Some users notice 3 identical email notifications were sent. This occurred when ESMTP was used. This is fixed.

- Bug Fixes for users with UK English Dates: If you used UK English Dates (where december 8th looks like 8/12/2004, there was a problem with A1Monitor not seeing anything ready to be monitored. This has been fixed.
- Bug Fixes with server down time: There were some instances where server down time was not behaving normally. this has been fixed.

If you've used an earlier version of A1Monitor, please read all of the following. A1Monitor has had some MAJOR changes!- Response time graphs within A1Monitor have been eliminated and replaced with HTML response time graphs (hourly and daily). Click Here to see the actual production reports of A1Monitor watching the A1Tech sites.
- Text file logging has been removed completely so please be aware if you choose to upgrade.
- The monitor list is now a priority queue. The server next scheduled to be monitored is at the top.
- A1Monitor can now play a sound of your choice (*.wav) every time a server goes to yellow and/or red alert (failing or failed).
- You can send a sequence of requests to your TCP/IP servers instead of simply a connect and check for response. For example, for an ftp server you would connect to ftp.yoursite.com and the expected response was '220'. Now, you could do '220,QUIT,221' which will connect, wait for the 220, send a QUIT, and wait for a 221 (the i'm logging off response). You could string together any number of request,response pairs (perhaps to login to your pop3 account or whatever you like).
- File-Minimize AdsGone menu option.
- You can have A1Monitor restart the local computer when ALL servers are failing instead of just ANY server fails.
- You can specify a group name for each server entry. This name could be used to group similar server entries together by company name, types of servers, or network name. Each of these groups are grouped together on the HTML REPORTS You can also sort the main A1Monitor Server list by clicking on any of the columns. You could sort by group name to simplify changes to logically grouped server entries.

- Email Notify SMTP Authentication: Now you can specify a UserName and Password to authenticate with your smtp server (esmtp). Also supports pop3 authentication method.
- TraceRoute: A1Monitor now runs a tracert command when a server failure occurs. View the tracert contents with a new button located on the individual server modification screen. The tracert data is also sent to you along with the server UP email notification.
- Server UP command: A1Monitor can now run an exe or batch file when your server comes back up (after it goes down).
